Watermark and Fatty Lumpkins collaboration in first place for ‘It’s About Place’ contest

An empty lot on the corner of Hudson and Washington might be the city's next green space, if the owners of Fatty Lumpkins Sandwich Shack and the Watermark Center win money to help develop it.
